Auto Claims

For Manitoba Public Insurance related claims, please contact the Manitoba Public Insurance Call Centre at 204-985-7000.

For Sandbox Mutual Insurance auto-related claims, please note that you are still required to notify Manitoba Public Insurance as they hold your basic Insurance requirements. Please contact our office by phone at 204-831-0093 to advise us of the following details regarding your claim:

• Who was operating the vehicle at the time of the claim or was the vehicle parked?
• Where did the accident occur? If vehicle was parked, please advise where the vehicle was parked at the time the claim occurred.
• Describe the accident details (including which direction the operator was driving and where the damage is located on your vehicle)
• If claim involved vandalism or is a hit and run, please provide your Police Occurrence Number

Please note that for all at-fault Sandbox Mutual Insurance auto-related claims, our office requires this information prior to submitting the claim for payment. Once the vehicle is repaired, please have the auto repair shop forward a copy of your Manitoba Public Insurance Assessment paperwork as well as the repair invoice via fax (204-888-9373).
